MYFA GAMEDAY ROSTER

The Gameday Roster below is for the coaches, it must be filled out weekly. The Gameday Roster must be digitally completed (not handwritten) and submitted to the opposing coach 15 prior to each game. Make extra copies for gameday as the rosters are not returned. See rule book for details.

Required 2023 Flag and 7on7 Player Documentation

Player's Birth Certificate and Physical are also required in addition to the 3 documents below!! All Paperwork must be submitted to the MYFA Board prior to the season and be on hand during each game.
